South County League Board of Governors Meeting

The meeting was called to order at 8:30 am by Pres. Jay Levine.

​

Roll call was taken and all the clubs were present except Boca Woods and Indian Spring.  

         .

Past president in attendance was Chuck Milber.

​

This was a special meeting to discuss the 2021 season in light of the Covid Pandemic. Several clubs discussed they situations. Clearly, there was a significant variance between clubs.

​

It was determined that we will poll all the clubs to find out which ones were willing to commit to hosting matches between June 1 and July 31 and what their parameters would be. The results were to be reported to the President by Friday, May 7. Another meeting will be held on May 11 via Zoom to plan how we are to proceed.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:52 am.
